• Ofrecemos cambio o crédito en tienda. Todo cambio debe realizarse en o antes de 7 días luego de haber recibido su orden. Las piezas deben estar sin usar, en perfectas condiciones y con sus etiquetas. Piezas en liquidación serán venta final y no tendrán cambio.

  Envíos

Ofrecemos envío gratis en pedidos superiores a $100 y un "Flat rate" de $5.00 en envíos standard.

Hacemos envíos cada 3 a 5 días laborables, depende el flujo de órdenes.

Una vez que su pedido haya sido enviado, se proporcionará información de seguimiento. Delmar Boutique no es responsable por ningún paquete perdido o robado. Si esto ocurre, tiene la opción de presentar un reclamo a través de USPS.

 

• RETURNS

We offer exchange or store credit.
All changes must be made on or before 7 days after receiving your order. The pieces must be unused, in perfect condition and with their labels. Clearance pieces will be final sale and will not have exchange.

• SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING in orders over $100 and a Flat Rate of $5.00 for standard shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days, for us to process and ship your order. 

Once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided. Delmar Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.
